the IRS site. I am trying to print the one in the IRS site but for some reason is not printing it.

Just ask your payroll dept where you work for a W4 form! If you fill out a new one, you have to give it to the payroll dept anyway for it to become effective! That would be the fastest way to do it instead of searching all over for one!

Try this site. If it doesn't work, you may have a problem with your hardware. I had no problem downloading the form from the IRS's site.

If you need to fill out a W-4 your employer should be able to give you one.
