"And too, where to the church bands find their music?" they buy it legally, there are Christian book and music stores all over and all over the web Free? they certainly don't steal it some of the very old stuff may be public domain but all the newer stuff WILL be covered by the copyright laws which DO include sheet music occasionally an artist may post a song for free, but they will usually do it from their own web site

there's this yahoo group called sheet_music_for_piano and you get to exchange music sheets with different people as long as you tell them what you want. For free! :)
