Sorry but theres not very much you can do...
Baking temperatures are very critical when making cakes. You cant just increase or decrease the temperature - it has to be very specific. Just put this one down to experience and bake another cake... Good luck! :)

Try again or turn the oven off but leave the cake in there for a few more minutes to make sure the center is done. 25 degrees difference isn't that much, most of the time you can go by the time on the recipe but all ovens cook differently but you have to use your own determination by things like smell and looks. Some ovens cook hotter than others. If it smelled burnt i'd probably just take it out, it will cook a bit more just sitting there out of the oven. You could scrape off the burnt part like burnt toast if you had too, and cover it up with frosting.

Bake it at 325 until the center is done. (Stick a toothpick into the middle, if it comes out clean, the cake is done.) After it is fully baked, cool it for a bit and then trim off the really burnt edges. It will still be delicious!
P.S. This is my favorite pound cake recipe http://www.recipezaar.com/52558

see if it looks burnt and take it out quick. poke it with a toothpick to see if the inside is mushy. if the stick comes out clean, it is fully cooked.
