This is not a complete sentence. My guess is:

Curiosa, llama. Si no, [voy a estar] preocupada. ¿Por favor? = Curious/Nosey/Silly/Cute, call [me]. If not, I´ll be worried. Please?

that phase it's not correct grammatically but I think , she/he tried to say:
nosey, I called because I was worried, please

if it sound ilogic, it's the same thing in spanish
