Sure. I mean, it's the bible, right? Surely it couldn't be bad for anyone to read. So what if Solomon goes into detail about his beloved's body and how it makes him feel. So what if, in other parts of the bible, god orders genocide, murder and lies? It's the BIBLE, man! Every child should have it beaten into him at least once a day.

Children of what age are we talking about? Some kids might not make much sense out of it because it has too many metaphors, others might understand it pretty quick, especially if they watch a lot of tv, remember kids are oversexed from a very young age thanks to the media. Of course they might have some trouble with the terms but the main idea is still there.

babies do no longer study the OT. they are advised memories from it like "David and Goliath", "Noah and the Ark". that's like each thing else in existence you herald your babies that's in accordance to their age and information. have you ever seen what your babies are staring at on television? i could be extra worried approximately that. music of Solomon is the affection between a guy and a woman and that i think of it speaks very respectfully the loved to the sweetheart.

The bible says all scripture is beneficial for teaching for reproving for setting things straight.
My daughter learned about her menstrual flow from that book..he dad gave the talk.
A boy should also learn that he is to be intoxicated with only his wife's breast and hind when he gets married. Jehovah God wrote down everything we need for life. It is our book of instructions.
Our children would do well to learn all of life's lessons from the scriptures.

There should be a particular reason for them to read it earlier in age. Remember, God mad sex and it is good within his design. If children undertsand this early on it will detour them from being converted to the worlds ways of believing about sex.Whatever you don't tell them, the world is waiting patiently to corrupt them.

Of course not.
That part of the Scripture is PG-rated. Put that sign in your Bible, buddy!

I did as a child. I giggled. All kids do. It's a story about God's love. I'd rather have them read that and have me explain it to them than to have them stumble upon "GirlsWithFarmAnimals.com" on the Internet, I can tell you that much!

Here we go, just watch those ignorant Christians claim (out of embarrassment) that it’s a prophesy about Christ uniting with his church. When in fact it’s a prophesy about Christ uniting with Mary Magdalene.
