honestly you would get sick. You may lose weight but it wouldn't be fat loss. If you drink too much water it will throw off your body's potassium and sodium. The weight you would lose would be water weight which means as soon as you eat a cracker or think about food it'll come right back. also if you drink too much water you could die from a condition called hydro something.

Exercise no more than 10 min twice a day. 2min workout 2min pause intervals. Make sure you tire yourself while exercising. The weights could be of great help here. While eating avoid sugars. It will be hard for a first week but after that you won't even look at them - you'll feel so good. Any flour products - forget them also. Otherwise you are good to achieve that goal of yours. Cross my fingers for you.

Do you mean weight or health and dignity. That's one of the most idiotic questions I have ever heard. I can't believe that you are so unintelligent that you don't realise that could kill you. Hey you know another fast way to lose 10kg, cut of an arm, seriously it will work.
The only way to lose weight, keep it off and stay healthy is through a good healthy diet and good exercise regime. Quick fixes simply do not exist. You may lose weight but when you're lying in a hospital bed wearing a nappy with a tube up your nose you don't look hot.

Not only will you end up in the hospital, but your body will go into starvation mode and gain twice as much weight back once you start eating. Be smart. It's not worth the health risks. Eat a healthy diet and excercise regularly and you will lose weight the healthy way and look and feel great!

you won't loose much. your body needs food for energy. if you don't eat, you'll have a hard time exercising. Also, food helps your matabalism speed up. just eat healthy and exercise, theres no need to starve yourself and end up in the hospital.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

If you really did that and didn't cheat you'd be "fasting" and probably could lose 10-20 pounds in a week depending on how overweight (number of fat cells) you are to begin with.
Your metabolism, requiring around 2000 calories per day for it's energy, would immediately start to use up your fat cells (stored calories/energy) and you'd see weight loss at the end of the very first day.

dont be a dumda** thats unhealthy and you'll get sick definanatly excersise drink allot of water and cut down on food portions but dont stop eating!
