He is attracted to you for sure. the statement "You certainly do have a way about you"...is open to your question as to what this is...if he was not going to flatter you with his reply, he would not have said it in the first place...also "normally, I'm very quick with the words and the turn of a phrase" tells me that you must have a good (head spin) effect on him! I had a guy tell me very similar, he later told me he was in love with me! Good luck with this fella :)

I think this "Steven" is definatly interested in you. You can tell from just the first line he wants to see you again. Also having "a way about you" is likely his way of saying "I've noticed you"......

It's a little wierd but honestly i guess thats his way of showing he likes you..aLoT! he "hopes" to grab coffe and the thing about him normally being "quick with words but not you so much" means your specail in a way.
The part where he says u have a way about you means hes thinking about you and at the end, unless its a nickname or something.. its close to a petname to me!

Yes, he is interested, but be careful. He is a smooth talker. He chooses his words way too cautiously. Best to talke this one very, very slow, until you are sure of his intentions.

yeah its kool. A bit formal but maybe that's the way he wanted it. Its just a subtle way to say how he feels about you without making it too obvious.
