I assume you mean "Adobe Acrobat". Do you need it? No. But you do need it to read any PDF files. There are free alternatives out there, if you do a search.
"Google" is not a program. You might have some Google-branded software installed ( like Google Desktop). None of their software is absolutely necessary.
Windows is your operating system. Without it, nothing else will work.

Without Windows you have no system, just a dead computer. Adobe acrobat is used for reading PDF files, these are very commonly used for manuals, information packs etc. Google is not on your machine as such, but you may have some of it's helper programmes. No programme makes your machine sluggish unless it is actually running, just being on the drive does nothing to performance.

I'm glad I have Adobe. Many .pdf files (Adobe's extension) allow for great text file reading. Many super games come with .pdf files because they include graphics and file control like jump-to-page and editing.
You don't need Google. It is a search engine (portal), and I might add a good one. Practice with it and see the many options it has for you. NO it does not slow down your computer. Windows (any version) is an Operating system, YOU NEED IT. Unless you wish to go for another Operating system, I wouldn't if I were you, it's obvious you need more experience
Summary:
Windows - YES.
Adobe - Get it.
Google - You don't have to have it, but nice to have. It will slow down the computer if you have it in your start up routine, but only slightly ;-)

Having a myriad of programs on your hard drive does not make your PC sluggish - loading them all at once, does. Therefore, we examine the startup menu and load only those programs we need on a daily basis.
Games and graphics slow down a computer. You may be surprised at how much speed you can pick up by:
--changing wallpaper and screensaver to blank or none.
--when in a file, save frequently to empty memory.
--On a regular basis, run Disk Cleanup, Scandisk and defrag.
--From Internet Explorer
