All tickets go on your record. Only moving violations affect your insurance.

everything you do gets put on your record; if your tail light is out, that goes on as well... can't do much with tickets, once u get em u got em. parking tickets don't affect your insurance and i dont think they are worth any points towards your drivers license record. you can check online by going to the district court website, almost all fines and fees are the same. you can fight but its definitely now worth it since u have to pay $100 everytime u show up to court so basically u pay $100 for wasting the magistrate's time and using the mini court room. its better to keep your ticket and switch to a better insurance company who is willing to accept ur faults in your driving records. insurance companies are starting to become alot more nicer because they want customers... for example... allstate insurance.

i was caught on hall road by the van dyke expressway in utica or sterling heights in the borderline of the two speeding and i was talking to a guy of our courtdate and he told me all bout the information above
