Talk to him. I know people always think no I cant say these things, but you do need to know what his perspective is. It sounds like he isn't head over heels in love with you, because thats not a typical reaction. But hey who knows maybe he was just flirting, guys do that sometimes. It does sound like you need to straighten things out with him...never underestimate the power of communication.

If he can't stay away from other girls for one lousy day, kick him to the curb. Maybe he wasn't flirting with her, you never know unless someone actually overheard what was said and that is still open to interpretation but you can't misunderstand hand holding.
As an example: My husband's ex used to use his stepdaughter to get him to come over all the time. My sil asked me why I didn't fight for him. I think that if I have to fight to keep him, he isn't worth having. He has to stay because this is where he wants to be. Then he won't leave. I am where I choose to be. No one can make me stay. If I have to fight to make him stay, I will constantly have to be on the watch for other women. I refuse to do that. He will be with me or I won't be with him. I am not his guard, I am not his warden, I am not his mother. I will not control him, it's too much work. I have other things more important in my life than being a watchdog.
We have been together 31 years. Sylvia

If he was flirting with her after you being gone one day, think about what he would do if you were gone for a week. Delete him from your life. You can find a boyfriend that is not a cheater. He will only break your heart. Dump him.

Just tell him how you feel. First of all he should of never gone back to her and since he did what makes you think that he will not do it again given the chance. He can tell you that he wants nothing to do with her, but in all reality he wants to be with her. She is giving him something that you are not, so that's why he sees in necessary to be with her. If I was you I would leave him and move on girl!

sometimes boyfriends are like that,
they flirt with other, maybe kiss their hand or even their cheek.
but that does not always mean the boyfriend loves someone else.
the gril has to learn not to be jelous.
but if u see him kissing on the lips, holding hands too long.
yup! u should leave him,
Love hurts!

He sounds like he is not committed. I know you love him but if he will do this behind you back after one day... imagine if you are away for longer? You cannot watch him 24 hours and 7 days a week.. if you have to worry he is not a keeper.

Ask him straight out if he's serious or not. If he is, he'll get his head on right and pay attention only to you!
If he still feels like you're not worth shaping up for, dump him like hot coals!
More girl power to you,
Mel

My suggestion from life's 50 years of hard knocks is to dump the guy. If he cheats on you once, shame on him. Cheats on you twice, shame on you.
He broke your trust and that fact will always be in the back of your mind. Trust me, he isn't worth the time. You deserve better!

Have a talk with him and let him know how you feel. Maybe he will explain to you what happen. If you are happy with the answer then be with him if not dump him and move on.

If you really really love him you should probably just be able to talk to him about it. Don't go after him and yell at him for doing it, but ask him why he did it.
