Mimikins seems to have a personality problem if she greets people that way. especially by using the second word.

The proper words could be hola, qui'ubo, que tal, que onda.

There is no exact translation. The closest would be "hola" for hello. Some people just say "que pasa?" for "what's up".
In spanglish it's "eloh".
