John 1:1 states that the Word was with God and the Word was God. Meaning that Jesus(the Word) and God were and are still one.

I like the thought provoking nature of your question....
God is Jesus.
Technically.....Yes. (God/Jesus would of created Himself, so to speak)
Spiritually.......Yes. (The moment Jesus was baptized in the River and the Spirit landed on Jesus....this proves that point)
You could Argue NO, in the fact that Jesus was guilty of all Sin of Humanity hanging on the cross, and Jesus would say to Himself when he was standing before Himself in judgement "I did not know you" BUT, there is no ground to stand on Technically & Spiritually because Jesus was an offering for our Sin & I don't think the creator of Judgement was subject to any Judgement Himself or ever could be.
I like the question...

He knew Him before He was even conceived by the Virgin Mary:
"I knew You before You were conceived in the womb"
It is the trinity: God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit... in a sense, they are... um, I guess you could say "made of the same material"
