You must fill out the FAFSA form. This makes you eligible for all kinds of government grants (which are free money), subsidized loans (government pays the interest while you are in school), and work study (your school gets government money to employ you on campus making it easy to find a job). This form should be available at you financial aid office or online. You must have done two things though to be able to fill out this form, first file your 2007 taxes and second, if you are a male, apply for the selective service (the military draft).

Fill out the FAFSA (free application for federal student aid)

You have to have your tax return and your parents (or parent and step parent that you live with now).

It is FREE so don't be scammed.
