mmm there are some phrases which are used in a special country
for example Mc like(McGrath ,Macgarigor ,...) are mainly used in scotland and if someones last name has a Mc in it,he has a Scot root behind him ...or "Ov' and "ki) in the end of a name like:(rachmaninov,ziminsky,...) are used in russia , Jean mainly used in france ,and if a last name sounds like ...ono )it's italian like : juliano, luciano
Khaan is mainly used in india and a bit in arabic countries
