I heard like vitamin B is good for your hair like vitamin B6 and B12. Also some people with hair and scalp problems lack zinc in their diet so you might want to try that. If you want to gain weight try to slow down your metabolism by eating like two big meals a day instead of alot of snacks or tiny meals a day and it sounds like maybe you should hit the gym and work on you lady muscles. Then you won't look just skinny you'll look sexy and fit! Hope this helps.

It's obvious you have a high metabolism. You should really start counting your calories. You probably eat much less than you think you do (dont take any offense to that but if you are smaller it takes less food to make you feel full) You should be eating around 3,000 calories if you are trying to gain weight. Don't go straight for the junk food eat healthy but make sure you are getting the calories. As for the thinning hair you should maybe look at products designed for that, maybe something that contain minodixyl. I think that is what rogain and some other brands are using. If you're not taking a multivitamin consider taking one. It's possible that your lacking in a certain vitamin or mineral.

A great perscription for female hair loss is derma-smooth. You need to go to the dermatologist for this perscription. It works great. Nutritional defeciency can cause hair loss. Make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet. Protein has building blocks for hair. Take your B vitamins and make sure you get enough zinc and Iron, lack of b vitamins, zinc and iron are main reason for hair loss in women. There may be many reasons that you are so skinny you should see a family care physican to rule out diseases such as hyperthyroidism, anemia ect.

get bulking shampoo, and maybe don't worry about not eating ice cream or candy. Sugar is the best way to keep on weight. Just don't get sick and brush your teeth a lot. Protein and calcium helps too.

Malnutrition will cause hair-loss.
You need to eat regular food and junk food. Exercise for skinny people is important, as for fat people.

Take a good multi vitamin and vitamin E. (good for skin and hair). Don't worry about being thin. Most people would do anything to have your problem. If you are healthy, then don't worry about it.
