qoutes that inspire you? or any phrase you use to help you when your down about something?

im not looking for anything new really, im just curious what qoutes people use to help them when they are down...like, what qoute helps you find the good in things so you can improve stuff?
my current qoute that i plan on sticking with for a while is one said by Rev. Run from Run DMC that i heard for the first time today, at the end of that show he has on mtv. he said "hope floats, let it rise"....i just thought it was beautiful
