I basically eat the same thing for breakfast all week & and the same things for lunch, Monday - Friday. I usually eat something different for dinner every day. Will this have a negative impact on trying to lose weight. The things I eat are all healthy and fall within my calorie range.

as long as you are getting all the nutrition you need, i don't see the harm of it. but you might get sick of it in the long run and lose the motivation...

good luck!

just watch your portions. take out the peanut butter and jelly...or eat it only a few times a week. substitute peanut butter and jelly with perhaps a chicken salad or a roast beef sandwich. also try getting whole wheat english muffins rather than regular muffins, and subtract the brown sugar from your oat meal, if you like the sweetness of the oatmeal try getting a variety that includes flavor. and you should be good. its hard though to lose weight when you eat the same things as you tend to cheat on your diet when you crave something different. so try and switch it up and look at some low calorie recipes. and try to think of this as a change of food for the rest of your life so dont eat the same things every day unless you want to and enjoy them that much. once you loose the weight and you will, you'll probably go back to the way you were eating before and gain it back maybe slowly but it will come back if you go back to eating unhealthy. try to draw the lines as to what is okay for you to eat and what isnt, and what is okay with portions.

It does not matter if the food are the same everyday. It only matter if the food is acidic.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

It's usually fine to eat the same things. Sometimes when we eat the same things over and over again, our weight loss will slow way down, or stall out. If that happens, just add more variety.

If you want to lose weight easily, go with a diet that keeps your insulin levels low. It is insulin in the body that tells the body to hang on to it's fat supplies. Low carb diets are great insulin reduction diets. South Beach diet is a good one.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
