If someone asks you out, what should be your reply that doesn't seem too eager, but doesn't sound like you're just saying 'yes'? Thanks

Wait about an hour or so then come clean and make it sound like you really have to think about it. Then just say yes.

Just say "sure, sounds like a good time, when do you want to meet up"?

Pretty simple really, just don't try to over think anything.

Perhaps just a simple, "I would love to go out with you." I think that it would make you sound pleased, but controlled.

"I'd love to". It doesn't sound too eager but it makes you also sound interested.
