The phrase "Golden Rule" is not found anywhere in the Bible, so the Bible does not refer to anything as the "Golden Rule".
But it is a tradition to call Jesus' commandment to "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" the Golden Rule.

I don't think the Bible refers to the "Golden Rule" at all. But the Golden Rule is generally defined as "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you", a maxim (not necessarily original) of Jesus (Matthew 7:12).
Levitius, Muhammed, Confucious, Hillel, and the Mahabharata all say the same thing.

The Bible doesn't actually mention a "golden rule," but it would be "And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise."

The golden rule is NOT in the bible. "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you" was taught and written by Confucious (Chinese philosopher) about 600 years before Christ.

There is really nothing labeled "Golden Rule." However, I would imagine it would be Love your Neighbor as you love yourself.
