The Trim Advantage system is the best I know of.
This kit delivers, with complete support for your first 30 days on the Trim Body System Protein Plus Diet. The kit includes a binder to hold the print materials, which include the Quick Start Guide, a 12-page booklet that introduces you to the plan. It also includes Meal Plan Cards that step you through every meal for 30 days, including shopping tips, meal preparation, supplements, and recipes. Eighteen detailed, full-colour Recipe Cards show you how to fix simple, healthy meals, fast. And a week's worth of 10-minute exercises are described on the Fitness Cards, so you can take your exercise plan with you, wherever you go.
In the kit is a 2-DVD set that features a physician discussing the health effects of being overweight, a fitness expert who introduces you to and coaches you through all the exercises in the 4-3-2-1 Body Training System, and an introduction to the Protein Plus Diet. The kit also includes Nutrilite and Mekiwin weight-loss support supplements and protein powder and Trim Advantage protein bars and meal replacement shake mix.
The Trim Body System is designed to encourage the kinds of changes in lifestyle that may result in lifelong weight loss. Medical authorities recommend a weight loss of no more than 2-3 pounds a week to reduce the health risks associated with more rapid weight loss.
*The Protein Plus Diet was developed by The Better Life InstituteTM and approved by the Nutrilite Health Institute.
You can order the Trim Advantage system at www.jewel.mychoices.biz (use the search field at the bottom of the screen).

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Hi,
I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 months via a detox.
I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.
For your case, I think you require more than a physical detox. You probably also need a detox of your mind.
Some people find it hard to lose weight despite doing all the right things because their mindsets are not ready to lose weight.
You can email me and we can discuss furthur about your situation. A detox will be able to help on the physial aspect and sometimes during the detox, you may also go through an emotional detox as well, which will help you lose even more and get on track.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Maybe you need more sleep, I read somewhere that getting that extra hour of sleep helps. Diets don't work! Joing a group for support or even a friend with the same goals.
I found that detoxing works, your body doesn't want to get rid of the stored fat beause it stores toxin that would be released into the bloodstream as soon as the fat starts to break up.
You can read about natural detoxification everywhere on the net. You don't need expensive supplements, maybe just fiber.

have you tried some targeted fat burning products that are all natural and so wont do you nay harm. I have used some of the shapeworks ones and have got down to my last 10 pounds to lose (this after about five years of getting no where near) I have also lost most of my belly, that is going down, slowly but its going. I know the troubles of trying to shift weight ans inches once you get past 40, or in my casse way past 40. try www.myhealthabc.net, the nutriton guy there is excellent and so are the products. If anyone will know he will. Good luck.

Get a elliptical workout machine.
Don't get a inexpensive one - been down that road and you get what you pay for. The more expensive ones are defiantly worth it.
A elliptical is probably the easiest workout Ive ever done. Its very low impact on your body and you get a good workout. Ive been doing it for about 4 months now and have lost 15 lbs so I'm pretty happy about that.
It took me about 2 weeks to get in the habit of doing it every night and now I actually ENJOY doing it. I never thought I could enjoy a workout.
Good luck and if you go get one I recommend the Nordic Trac.

My advice is get some cardio and some weights into your routine. It's so easy for our bodies to reach a plateau, where it becomes used to the level of activity we do, so you need to change the type of activities you do and up the amount. It sounds like it might be impossible with your schedule, but you need to find time to take care of yourself. It actually gives you more energy to do everything else you have to do each day.

going on diets that limit food intake will, in the long run, slow your metabolism (thus making weight problems more of a problem). the best way to fix a weight problem, though it may take a long time, is to speed up your metabolism. certain foods can gradually accomplish this; a more effective method would be weight training, because the newly developed muscles need nutrients to continue functioning. weight training may sound unappealing to women, but certain muscles can be worked out with no negative (in fact, sometimes positive) results (i.e. butt muscle).

A food diary. Write down every morsel and the calories. Drinks are a huge source of calories.
Then you have to reduce the amount of calories going in.
If its not a self-control issue (You exercise and eat the correct amount of calories) Then have your thyroid checked. My sister ballooned in weight and it was because something was wrong with her thyroid. My best friend was just always fat, and once they fixed her thyroid, she lost the weight.

I've been on a cleansing/detox diet and it has been amazing.
The product really does work AND you get a coach to help you make adjust the program for your individual needs etc..
My coach has been great to work with and she doesn't push extra product or anything. Her services come complementary with the purchase of a base package.
