Sounds like my sister, I'm not sure what exactly is the problem, but a doctor has ordered ultrasounds on her kidneys and done all kinds of blood work. My sister thinks it has something to do with her excessive use of salt, in fact the doctor specifically stated that he wants to know the level of sodium in her blood, she didnt tell him she uses ALOT of salt, since the examination, she stopped using salt and lost 2 inches off her waist in 2 weeks. The doctor has yet to get back to her on the results of the bloodwork. She had this problem for awhile, but when blood appeared in her urine she finally decided to see a doctor.

It could be something as simple as dehydration. Or it could be valve regurgitation.

If your resting heart rate is 100, that is high. You don't say what your BP is. If it's under 90 systolic, then it's low. Hard to assess your condition with so few details.
