A ***** is a female dog, not a race. It is a slang word against a female, not a race. So how do you figure it is a racial slur??

Yes. It is only a slur when it is meant as an insult. Therefore someone who is gay or black can say things to another gay person or black person and not be insulting them because it is a case of "i am too".

Well, personally, I don't think people should be saying those things at all. It just shows what a limited vocabulary one has that they have to use words that are crass.

But if your workplace decides they want to distance themselves from your speech or actions by firing you, that is part of their freedom of speech....
