It's tough to say, some people are just lazy, and some people just have really awful genes that no matter how much they exercise or how healthy their diet they don't lose weight. But it's true lots of people are just too lazy and want the easy way. Can we blame them? We live in a society that demands instant gratification in every aspect of life why not weight loss too?

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I know- I mean I am fat, but I know that eating healthy and excersise is the only way to lose weight- it just doen't appeal to me. I know it's sad because I am a nurse and see all the health problems caused by obesity. You know what else that gets me is people who have health problems and are overweight , but refuse to connect the two. Like for instance- they have knee problems and are 100lb overweight- but can't figure out why their knees hurt. Go figure!!!

Because it is simple but it is not easy. They are looking for ways to make it more easy or less uncomfortable. I think there's no way to do it without some discomfort especially at first. A lot of Americans do not know what it feels like to experience hunger.

Because they want to know what some of the foods contain, maybe even get some tips. Some need the information pounded into their chubbily padded heads. Their skulls are sooo thick, it takes forever for the proper information to get through.

Most people I know who do this just are not willing to make the effort-they want a magic wand. I don't say it's easy, but there is no miraculous shortcut.

They don't like that answer. They want you to tell them where the button is that "kerplop" and the weight is gone...
diet and excercise is the only honest way with no side effects and less money.

about 1 in 100 questions should even be in here. most people should look for websites with extensive expert advice. and you have a load of people who post questions because they want attention because they think they are HOT. am i fat? or is there any ill effects to me having my massive muscle? i'd like to send them to dental chat for advice after i kick their teeth out.
