Make baked potatoes, or mashed potatoes. You could turn the meatballs into swedish meatballs by cooking them in a can of cream ofmushroom soup and a little milk, salt, and pepper. For the healthier side, make spaghetti squash and serve it like the pasta.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU6Pb

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Try swedish meatballs. Just take a couple cans of mushroom soup, and thin them down to a gravy consistancy. Add the meatballs and serve them with egg noodles or rice. Makes a tasty dinner.

This is my husbands fav meatball recipe.

Cook your meatballs.
Take 1 jar of apricot jam, 1 jar of regular BBQ sauce and mix them together. I add just a little bit of water to the mix to ease up on the sweetness of the jam.
Pour on your meatballs and make sure its all heated through.
I serve them on a bed of rice and it's very yummy

In Germany, one makes and eats them in a brown gravy sauce sometimes with rice, or you know, the Swedish meatball recipes...often they are served as appetizers, or with vegetables on the side with a sauce. Also, I've served them in just the tomato sauce with a little spiciness added by red pepper flakes, with some nice baguette bread rounds to dip into the sauce. Olives on the side, or marinated mushrooms and a glass of red wine, if you take such, to make a nice meal.

Use the meatballs as your 'entree' and fix a salad and vegetables to go with it. You could also have meatballs and rice. Meatballs and baked potatoe.
