I dont know how old you are, but for applying to med schools, you may not be able to get in right out of college, but if you do a masters program and then apply, you may get right in...
As for gods plan in your life... you definatly need to pray about it, and ask god to lead you to what he wants... maybe he will take your passion for people and channel it into missions work, maybe even working at a health clinic that treats children in third world countries... Or maybe he will take your passion for people and channel it into ministry, using you as a spiritual doctor, and maybe he will provide a way for you to become the doctor you have always wanted to be. Good luck and god bless

Try to follow where you are gifted, you will be happier. And pray about it. Also consider an emergency vehical medical person, if you want to follow your dream. Also consider being a nurse. Don't let pride stand in your way. Naturapath also. You have a number of options available to you. Also consider taking a 3 day battery of tests to find out what comes easy for you.

no offence but I thought this question was about what God wants me to do with my life. Sounds like U want to be a doctor. Best thing to do is go on with your life, and strive with prayer as u try to be a doctor. OR surrender your life to him and say my life is no more, what will u have me do God. Keep asking in prayer till he answers u. He might not want u to be a doctor, but instead a missionary, or a pastor or ?????

If being a doctor is what you feel you should do, then go for it. God would let you know if your doing something wrong, but right now you have no other impulses. If God wants you to become a doctor he'll provide a way for you to become one, despite your grades.

Prayer and patience are always good advice although sometimes hard to achieve.
On another level, you may want to pursue medical school outside of this country. My cousin did this when he couldn't get accepted at med schools in the US. He returned here to a fruitful practice. He studied in France.

Prayer and fasting.
Reading His Word.
More prayer.
Pray that His will be accomplished in your life.
Be at peace and listen for His answer.
He does answer. It may be through the Holy Spirit.
It might be through a passage of scripture. It might be direct.
Don't limit Him by preconceptions.
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Phillipians 4:6

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Proverbs 3:6
God bless you in your quest.

worship him
realize his power on your own, with your own brain.
stay away from sin and do more good.
if you are talking career-wise, whatever he wants you to be you will be that, even if he makes it look like its your own accomplishment, it is what he chose for, and it is where he knows you fit best / will be of help to others.
you do sound like a spiritual person, asking career advice from god, many people would find that a great deal of a sarcastic issue, but your spiritual answer is, follow the signs he gives to you.
not like movie lame signs, but like deep affirmative signs, once you read this you will know what i mean.
god with you.
peace.

God will guide you through med school if that's what you really want to do because if He didn't want you to go to med school you wouldn't want to. God will reward you because of your good motives. May God bless you!

Ask God. He will answer you in time. God has a plan for you and he will show you that plan when the time is right.
