friends the work i am doing needed a software can you suggest me where and how can i have it..here is the description of my need............

friends is there any software where not only can i store my web links but also which can help me to know if any web link is going to be or has been stored double....................

we would most like if the soft ware can be downloaded free.......

I use Yahoo Geocities. You can store links there with open access. I use assistants to check material manually.
