Thighs, Butt, Calves:

Squats, Lunges, and Calf Raises are the BEST!!!

Lunges work best for me...I have a hard time walking if I do them with weights.

I also do squats with 1 leg on a step and it works the inner thigh better for me.

Arms:

Bicep and/or Hammer Curls with 3-8lb weights,
Tricep Extentions 3-5lb weights,

Good Luck

Running is cardiovascular and can almost always simply make you burn energy alternatively than tone up. Join a gymnasium. Use a move-teacher on approximately stage 10, going slowly, or a stepper. Ask the teachers approximately weight machines to tone your scale back frame. Use a scale back again weight laptop to tone your **** (gluteus).

I do pilates. Pilates is all about toning and targeting and you can do it in the privacy of your living room. I use a mat, a yoga ball, and a couple of resistance bands for extra toning (they are amazing). You can buy a couple of cheapy DVDs inorder to learn the basic moves.
