Okay, i think there is something wrong with me. Like I will cry for the stupidest reasons. Like when I get in fights with my sister I cry and it is nothing to cry and I do get in fights with her all the time. Could this just be stressed or something serious. NO STUPID ANSWERS!

It's a very natural thing your getting waves of hormones you haven't dealt with before. You at times feel your going crazy and an hour later you get a new suprise. Guys get these too. not as many. Your just growing up.

Do you have a lot of other stress in your life right now? School, friends, boys? When I feel under pressure, I get emotional much more easily. Hormones also affect our emotions a lot, although we won't admit that to the guys in our life. I usually get much more emotional the few days before I start my period.

The two main hormones we have in our bodies are estrogen and progesterone. They work together in a very delicate balance. When we don't have enough progesterone, or have too much estrogen, we can have unexplained weight gain, anxiety, mood swings, weepiness (!), and terrible headaches.

The solution, if it's a problem that bothers you enough that it's really interfering with your normal lifestyle, is to visit your family doctor. Let him take a blood test to see what your hormone levels are. He may prescribe a diet change, or antidepressants if it's bad enough, that can help get your hormone levels back to normal. Good luck!

Women do tend to get emotional at different times than others. Depending on your age...it is most likely hormones. Your body is changing at so many different stages in your life. Puberty causes hormonal changes...monthly menstrual cycles, pregnancy, and then menopause. We are surrounded by hormonal imbalances. You'll be fine. Drink a lot of water.

If you are younger it is probably hormones or mood swings. If you are older than late teens, it could just be a "phase", you may develope other disorders but I'm unsure of your age.
