There is several big chunks of this story missing. Something has gone on that has made your Mom upset about your use of this phone and she does not want you to have it.
If you try and play your parents off against each other, you are all going to lose.
You need to talk to you Dad and your Mom at the same time about what you wanted to do with the phone update, and then discuss why your Mom threw it in the trash.
You are acting like you can be just as crabby back to your Mom, and she is playing off of your negative attitude.
Not to pick on you, I do not know your age, but you need to improve your typing and English skills in order to ask questions on here. It is very difficult for people to answer your questions when we can barely understand what you are attempting to ask.
Good luck with your phone dilema, don't call your Mom nasty things, she is the only Mom you will ever have.

Ask your father if he thinks it would be a good idea to have a family meeting ( just the 3 of you ) to talk about this issue. See what he says. Then try to calmly address the reasons why she took your phone and put it in the trash. I hope that she didnt do that for just no reason whatsoever. Try to be calm and not argue and be very agreeable and see what happens and then obey their rules since you are living with them. Im sorry your mom is upset but usually if you schmooz with her and tell her you love her and you are sorry, that helps.
