Is there a scriptural basis for the teaching of sola scriptura? If so, is it stated explicitly in the Bible? What is the relationship of Sacred Scripture and Apostolic Tradition? Did divine revelation stop after the publication of the Bible?

Scriptural Citations on Apostolic Tradition
"So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by letter." (2 Thessalonians 2:15)
"It was he who gave gifts to people; he appointed some to be apostles, others to be prophets, others to be evangelists, others to be pastors and teachers. He did this to prepare all God's people for the work of Christian service, in order to build up the body of Christ". - Ephesians 4,11-12
"Remember your former leaders, who spoke God's message to you. Think back on how they lived and died, and imitate their faith". - Hebrews 13,7

I believe the BIBLE is the Basic Instruction Before Leaving this Earth book ever written. The Bible has everything we will ever need in it as far as instruction goes. I believe in the KJV because it is more accurate translation wise than most of the newer versions that leave out half of the verse sometimes. That is not the only way you can receive instruction though. There are still prophets today who are very accurate and the Holy Spirit was put here to teach us. I myself still hear from God and He has shown me many things in my life so I can change and be a better and happier person. So no divine revelation did not stop after the Bible was written - but in Revelation it says not to add or take away from anything the Bible has to say. So even though we still get revelation - it still will line up with the Bible because the Bible is our guide so we can tell if it is truly God speaking or the enemy pretending to be God.

As the Bible was compiled, organized, translated, and transcribed, many errors entered the text. The existence of such errors becomes apparent when one considers the numerous and often conflicting translations of the Bible in existence today. Careful students of the Bible are often puzzled by apparent contradictions and omissions. Many people have also been curious about references by biblical prophets to books or scriptural passages that are not currently in the Bible.
In addition to the Bible, Latter-day Saints reverence and study the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, the Pearl of Great Price, and the words of modern prophets and apostles. All these sources of eternal truth work together to establish, clarify, and testify of the plan of our Heavenly Father and to bring people unto Jesus Christ.
Throughout history, God has chosen prophets, such as Noah, Abraham, Moses, and others, to teach the gospel and direct His Church (Amos 3:7). It is no different today. We all need God’s guidance in a world that is sometimes confusing. Because God loves His children, He continues to send living prophets. Joseph Smith (1805–44) was the first prophet of our time. Gordon B. Hinckley is God’s chosen prophet today.

Does it have to be an either/or thing? I fall back on the Bible as being the ultimate word of Truth, but I also follow the traditions of my forefathers. Those traditions are based upon scripture anyway, and we don't worship those traditions, merely observe them as part of our faith.

There is something to the effect of anyone who adds or subtracts from the bible is guilty of treason and will go to hell. I think that would also include writing another book that is worshiped to the same extent as the bible.
The scripture is in Revelations somewhere.

I believe it, I don't care what others believe.
Divine revelation did not stop.
It continues even unto today.
God did not abandon us after the Bible was published.
Have you ever heard of the Holy Spirit, God Himself?
