i've gotten tons of advice to buy these products! (bedhead)
are they really worth it?
i've heard they are very expensive,
but i have three salons by me so i'm willing to buy a few.

i'm looking for bedhead products that can help my hair not frizz, and make my layers (shortish hair) spike more and stay straight.

are these products really worth the buy or should i keep searching?

yep, the tigi bedhead products are excellent!!! i have short hair & color mine as well, & the bedhead shampoos & conditioners are the best products i have found to keep my color looking nice & my hair in great shape...i use the dumb blonde products (my hair isn`t blonde but they work for all colored hair)...honestly, they`re not that expensive, an 8 oz bottle is around $10...u can buy it at trade secret, target, etc...

All hair products are the same compounds, just packaged differently and with different fragrances. Bedhead has made a great deal of money by buying mass market hair gunk and putting it in those cool bottles. I read an article in either Wired magazine or Business2.0 (can't recall which) which talked about their great marketing. Just try two or three version of the cheap stuff and I guarantee it won't be too much different.

they are good products, and they smell great which is a plus. i would check linen's and things before you go to a salon, i got two bottles (shampoo and conditioner) for about 16 dollars there. i'm not guranteeing it will be there because it was a sale item, but if there is one by you check it out, it saves a lot.(also check any discount suppliers) look around before you pay almost 20 dollars a bottle. when you do buy it try two different types, for example moisturizing shampoo and volumizing conditioner, to get the most for your money

well, what dyu consider expensive? their shampoos ans conditioners are like 20 or something, which is normal for professional styling products. try th control freak line - its rly awesome stuff, and it smells amazing MMM. take it from me, all i ever use is bedhead and catwalk - these products work miracles!

the only other thing i would recommend would be biolage and oscar blandi

I've tried a few of their gel products and don't find them any better than any other brands. I haven't tried any for frizz though, so maybe they're better, but I don't see how they could be much better than any other brand. I think it's just the name that we pay so much for.

My son and daughter have a basket full of them. You can have them if you want them.
