The only western names that you can
translate into Arabic are the people's
names of the Bible like Jesus,Mary,Paul,
and Peter..and some Arab names can be translated into any other language as a word,but it'll not make any sense in
the western society.

You can't really "translate" (give the meaning of) English names, but you can "transliterate" them (write them in different letters) Here are the transliterations:

Lynn = لين

Debbie = دبي
