You might try plugging the wires in and out in and out on the back of the stereo until you are confident that any dirt build-up may be cleared from the wire/plug contacts. Also chances are those speakers that don't make sound are blown due to previous owners or even the dealership cranking up the volume past their limits for whatever reason. I foolishly blew 2 speakers out on my moms 2001 car from that very thing. They make no noise now. Could also be that someone didn't know what they were doing or that they left the speaker wires detached within their wells. Hope it helped.

check were the wires connect to the speakers, it is probably corroded. I would sand off the corrosion with very fine sand paper or an emory board and see if they work. If that dont work, try tracing the wires to make sure there is no breaks in the wires.

you could have pulled the wires loose, probably what your thinking anyway. You gotta pull the panel off the door to find oput for sure, or replace the speakers. So get to it, get out there and start breaking down the door.

It means that there is a problem either with the speakers themselves or there is a problem with the wiring, it may have come loose. Good luck
