To say the negative, you would say "I do not eat pizza." You can also say "I don't eat pizza." To say it with strong emphasis, say "I never eat pizza."

It would be incorrect to say "I do do not eat pizza" because you are saying "do" twice, and that doesn't make a whole lot of sense in English.

No, number 2 is not grammatically correct.

To express "I do do not eat pizza", you can say:
1. I never eat pizza.
2. I do not ever eat pizza.

Or you can also add an adverb, for example:
1. I absolutely do not eat pizza.

Also, depending on the level of formality you want, there is also:
1. I categorically do not eat pizza. (Very strong, but not a commonly used way to say it.)
2. I never ever eat pizza. (A colloquial way to say it, slightly childish)

No, no 2 is not right. To emphasize the negative in "I do not eat pizza", you might say "I never eat pizza" or "I refuse to eat pizza".

A simpler way to put it is: I never eat pizza. Also, say 'never' a *little* more strongly than the rest of the words.

i do not eat pizza is saying that you never eat pizza. #1 is correct, you can not use 'do' two times even if you try and emphasize.

You could try... I definitely do not eat pizza!!... or ...I never eat pizza!!.. but #2 would be incorrect.. you just can't put two do's together like that it just does not work.
