This could be coming from the intestines. If you've been constipated that will definitely cause you pain . If you've eaten food that your body cannot digest that will cause pain. Sometimes it can be an obstruction in the intestines.

Have a checkup with your medical doctor as soon as possible.

That sounds like it could be coming from the large intestine. Diverticulitis is one possibility, you may wish to research it. Other possibilities might be food allergies -- for example, dairy or wheat. You can eliminate those things out of your diet and see if the pain clears up. It is true, though, that if the pain is severe you should probably see a doctor.

Hi There, The most likely cause is trapped wind. If the pain is sharp, and started near your belly button but moved, it could be appendicitis. If you are female, it may be a fallopian tube infection. (If it is you may need to have it drained) If the pain is extermely sore, I advise you phone your doctor immediately, as appedicitis can be dangerous if unattended. Hope this helps, and hope you feel well soon xx

Gastoral prolems, cramps, stress, and more. How bad is it and how often? You need to pinpoint it a little more. If you're a female, you could have other problems. Talk to a doctor.

More than likely it is gas. IF you have any other symptoms, like fever, rash, etc. seek medical attention immediately. Other than that, it's probably gas and will "pass".
