No, child support is never deductible. Back, or otherwise. Why would it be? There is no way for me to deduct buying groceries for my kids, so why should there be for you?

The custodial person has all this child support that is tax free and they dont have to claim, while the person paying support doesnt even get any deductions for it, and had to pay the Tax on it.
