Honestly most of us guys are perverts. Some of them are really open about it and others aren't. Marco appears to be open with it (atleast to you).
The motives behind his actions are hard to understand. He could just enjoy making you uncomfortable and find you atractive but could be just like what he says, no ready (or wanting) for a relationship

he doesnt seem like he wants a relationship...it just seems like he wants to use u for his pleasure. if u really want to be the girl who is just a fling to him than do something with him, but if ur looking for a real realtionship it doesnt look like this is goin to turn out to be a good one
