God doesn't make it difficult ,people and there free will do. Add a little Satan and poof we have confusion. God gave us free will so that we would freely love him, just like you would not want someone to be forced into loving you. There is a verse in the bible that says seek and ye shall find. God knows how to make a connection with you he's just waiting for you to make the first move.

John 14:6 (Jesus speaking) "I am the way the truth and the life no man comes (has access) to the Father except by me!"

There is only one path so how difficult can it be? What makes it difficult is ones disobedience through the desire for sinful things. But that is why Jesus is so important to our faith. He is the full payment and cleansing for all sin when we repent and turn to Him. Not difficult, just not easy!

He doesn't, baby. Sin caused this. We also, because of it. And for many, its not consciously - and God knows this. Sin has so degraded and warped our minds, that what is plain, we cannot see. Also, our tendency to dread the truth, blinds us from it. Where our nature used to be to obey (before the fall of man) - it is now, to sin. So that made us contrary to God and His ways. See Romans 8:1-11 We are now selfish, deceitful - and in ways we don't even realize. See Jeremiah 17:9, 10 That is why it seems so hard. But Christ promised us the strength, knowledge, and wisdom - if we ask sincerely, and are truly willing to receive it. See James 1:6 We may even ask Him to make us willing. See Philippians 2:13 He has made every provision for our salvation - and made sure to leave no gap. Salvation is an equal opportunity. There are none that breathe, who cannot be saved.

Also, you should know that God only holds you accountable for what you know, and what you don't know BECAUSE YOU REFUSED TO KNOW. He does not hold sin against you, done in true ignorance. Don't worry, baby. If you truly want righteousness, He will see to it, that you achieve it. He has promised to finish what He has started in you. See Philippians 1:6 Fully open your heart to truth, and search for her. That means laying aside all personal opinions and preconceptions; praying that the Holy Spirit guide you into all truth. Studying, that you may find it. He will take you there.

I believe that God wants our love. He gave us free will-if you love someone, and want them to love you, I'm sure you know that forcing them isn't the right way to go. He wants us to make a choice. If you love someone, but someone else wants them, it would be better for the person to choose you of their own free will than for you to force them.
I believe that this life on earth is just a test to see who really loves Him. God provided us with the Bible. I think of it as a guide to life, and if you read it you will realize this also. No matter what problem you have- help is there for you when you need it. God loves all of us and only wants what is best for us-that's why He forgives us -=every=- time we sin and repent with sincere hearts.

First of all... to all the people who tell you that all you need to do is read the bible, don't listen. It's a bunch of BS. What do you take GOD as? God is SOMETHING, not someone, who created everything. God isn't a person to pray to. A lot of people tell you that the bible has all the answers and all you need to do is read it. Who wrote the bible? How do you know he/she wrote the bible? How many people changed the bible? These questions will never be answered. So in the end, you believe what you want to believe. If someone says you're wrong for not believing in what they believe, tell them they're stupid because they have no facts/evidence to prove you wrong.

God didn't make it difficult, man did. Sin seperated mankind from God. God provided the way back through Jesus Christ. The problem is that some people chose not to believe this.

sure there is a GOD and he makes it so difficult to know the right religion so that the one who knows the right religion goes to paradise and the one who don't want to goes to hell, it is simply a test.you can read in the religion's books and you will find that all talked about the last prophet Mohamed which means that he is the right prophet and had the right religion( not saying that Jesus was not a prophet or his religion was wrong sure, but is a bit like theories the last is better always than the ex one)

There is no religious path. I know that it's your wording so I'll go with it. The simple answer is prayer and the bible. We also learn from those who are mature in Christ. Discipleship has been passed down through the generations. Knowledge of the bible is critical and keeps you from being led off into a cult. It's when you trust fully in a mans teaching that you can get off into a cult. Knowledge of the bible is important because through that you learn your position in Christ which keeps you aware of when a man gets into error in his teaching.

Actually, its not God....it's us. The Bible contains all of the information for us to follow the correct path. We like to take things and try to pick it apart and make it fit into our lives and if they don't fit we blame God. Try to really open yourself up to God in prayer. Ask for guidance and understanding. Make sure that you accept the answers that you receive.
