Definitely make her clean it up, then buy a box of Kleenex for her to keep in her room. 14 is pretty old to still be doing that.

My God shes 14!!!! Its not a habit, its rediculous. Ground her to the house and then make her clean every square inch of every wall in your house. When she completes that task, make her clean the upholstery on all of your furniture.
She is old enough to know not to pick her nose without a tissue, much less wipe her findings on the furniture and walls for crying out loud.

I have found that sad to say but embarrasment usually does the job. If you catch her doing it, make it a little more obvious that what you are saying is definately "in your face" kinda behavior. For instance, My mom once caught her 14 year old step-son digging in his pants (in the back) right in front of her. So she says "STOP DIGGING IN YOUR PANTS AND GO WASH YOUR HANDS!!" The entire room was instantly drawn to the kid not my mom. It works! Draw attention to her being 14 years old and still wiping her "nose mucus" on the furniture. She is way to old for such behavior. And get her a tissue to add to the embarrasment.

SHOW HER ONCE HOW TO USE IT AND LET HER DO IT ALL THE HOLE HOUSE THE FLOORS.
(2ND) AS FOR THE WALLS MIX UP SO MR CLEAN IN A BUCKET MAKE HER WASH DOWN THE WALLS IN EVERY ROOM
SAME WAY WITH THE STEAM CLEANER MAKE HER DO EVERY ROOM 2 TIMES TO GET ALL THE DIRT OUT OK
WHEN THE DIRT IS OUT DEAR THE WATER IS CLEAR OK
(3RD) MAKE HER WASH ALL THE DRAPERY'S IN EACH ROOM IRON THEM SHOW HER HOW
(4TH) MAKE HER WASH ALL THE CLOTHES IRON THEM
(5TH) MAKE HER CLEAN THE HOLE HOUSE WITH
DUSTING STUFF LIKE PLEDGE
(6TH) ONCE IT IS ALL DONE THEN MAKE HER SAY SHE IS REALLY SORRY AND IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN TO YOU AND THE FAMILY OK

Confront her about it. Ask her if she needs a kleenex or tell her to stop picking her nose. This will embarrass her and she'll most likely stop. Tell her if she has to pick her nose to go somewhere else and do it and to stop wiping it on your furniture and walls. Make sure there is always kleenex around so if she does continue to pick her nose she'll have something to put it in.

Lots of people pick their nose when nobody is watching. It's a personal preference thing. Tell her you don't really care what she does, that it's totally cool by you, and that all she has to do is clean it up.
This will sufficiently embarass her without making it into something she has to tell her psychiatrist in 15 years.

she is how old?? If my kid at that age was so discusting I would make her pick it off and eat it!! How nasty is that I surely hope that she never thinks that she will get a boyfriend or share a drink of anything with me lol....you poor thing whats your husband saying about the big boggie picker

Sorry but that is soooo gross!! I would make her clean the room after you see her do it!! A few times of dusting and cleaning the walls, and sweeping the living room floor I am sure she will not put boogers on your wall anymore!! Good luck!

tell her the next time she does it you will start by telling her friends, any boys she knows and randomly mentioning it in stores etc
the next time she is in line with you at a shop turn to the clerk and ask
"I need a strong cleaner because my daughter wipes her snot on the wall"

Make her clean her own boogers up, be consistant and it should eventually gross her out enough to maybe use a tissue
