Read the bible, dear David. You'll see just how loving god is alright. Vindictive and cruel if you ask me.

Buddhists believe that God is everywhere in overtaking. If you see the sky , enjoy music, love to smell a flower, love ice cream, you know God. As far as hell goes, try not having things you enjoy and only that which you hate, That is hell. So as far as I;m concerned, if you ask a fundamentalist Christian, they will say yes to your question. I'd stay away from them big time forever.

Personally I don't think people really burn in hell forever. Think of it this way-God is a father-a parent with unconditional love. He knows what is inside everyone's heart and what everybody's intentions are.
Also, if you have bad intentions, chances are he knows the reasons behind those too. He is understanding and forgiving.
Even mass murderers became psycho somehow, either from a chemical inbalance in the brain, or abuse in their early life, who knows?
God knows, and he loves...everyone.
Your not gonna burn in hell kid...just try to be cool to people and follow your heart. No one can blame you for that.

God loves you...and he has done His part in creating a terrific eternity for you. It is your choice. If you don't believe in Him, then you do not get to take a part in what He has prepared.

Just like your parents... If they made you a promise that if you made straight A's on your report card for an entire year, then they would buy you a new car. They can love you and love you and love you. But if you choose to not do the work and you choose to slack off in classes, then you don't get the reward that was promised to you.

Same with God. He is willing to give you a mansion in Heaven, if only you will believe in Him and live your life for Him. If you're not willing to hold your part of the deal, then He won't either. No one, not even God, can effect your free will....the choice is up to you!

Well, think of it this way: If you were a criminal (which you are to God if you have broken any/all of the ten commandments. i.e Lying, stealing etc) and you were on trial for things that we consider crimes (i.e. rape, murder) in a court of law, and you stood before the judge and said, "Judge, I know you are a good person, and I don't think that you would be mean enough to put me in jail for all the crimes I've commited. I think that you will let me go free because you are loving and kind." What do you think he's going to say? He'll say, "Because I'm a good, just, righteous judge, I have to put you in jail to uphold the law." So, I hope this will help clear up some of your confusion.

first if you dont believe in god you cant believe in hell. im religious but still have fun to, i hope my god will understand me and love me anyway as the bible states. i always try to put myself in gods shoes when i decide my actions, will god accept and still love me if i do this? imagine being god, wouldn't you want people to believe in you? also act in a way that you would want that person around you for all time? god does love you and doesnt want to see you burn in hell. he wants the best for you and tells you in the bible. try skipping around in the bible, it has great messages and stories.

HAHAHAHA

Oh and what a real choice God gives you..either love him or burn in hell...wow..if he loved us why the hell would he give us a choice like that...He's selfish.

From what I heard it kinda goes like this.... If I were a king and had my own kingdom, you read about me in books and seen stories but you didn't believe in me, you even said really mean stuff about me behind my back. Then I came and invited everyone who believed in me and loved me to come live with me. Why would I invite you? Life is a game of good against evil. Lets let the good win :)

God gives you a choice. He doesn't force you to belive in him and he doesn't force you to go to hell. He gives you a choice.
Read John 3:16
God didn't come to the world to make you feel bad about yourself. He came to save you. Because he is the only one who is perfect. He loves everyone. He doesn't hate anyone.
God be with you.
Oh and disregard the comment on the top.

That's a false teaching that has been spread throughout time. God is love, and he is not going to torture people for eternity; even the wicked ones.
