Your "Inbox" will be called inbox.dbx. Other folders will follow the same naming convention - like Archive will be archive.dbx. You can copy these files over from your old disk to your new one. I would change the name of your inbox.dbx file to old_inbox.dbx before you copy it over so you don't mess up your new setup. You should be able to import the file into outlook then.

Under the old account you should do file/import export/export to file or program/personal folder .pst. Then import this to the new Disk using file/import export/import/file/personal folder .pst. Make sure you select the top level of the export, and click include sub-folders.
