make sure after you wash the chicken you dry it off real good. you could also soak the chicken in butter milk for about 3 hours. it makes for a criper batter.

Whenever you wish to coat any food with flour or breadcrumbs or anything like that the rule of thumb is:
Dry-Wet-Dry. Coat with flour-dip in beaten egg-coat again with flour. Let stand for at least 10 minutes to harden( maybe even up to 30 min in the fridge).

Just wash your chicken and clean it while your chicken is still wet roll your chicken in flour and fry it.It will be crispy that's how i do mine.
