ok.. Well, 4 years ago I broke my ankle jumping off a swing and I never went to the doctor... Since it was broken it really annoys me now ... How do I brake my ankle so I can get treatment and not suffer the pain any longer, because I waited to long and now they can't do anything about it? No too outragous ideas like jumping off a roof or a car..

An orthopedic specialist is absolutely the person you need to see to get your ankle set into the correct position and immobilized until the bone can heal. You cannot do this yourself.

How do you know you broke it 4 years ago? Did you go to a doctor then or is this a self diagnosis? If it truly was broken and didn't heal correctly you can go to an orthopedist and they might rebrake it for you under anaesthesia depending on where and how it broke or they would do in a srugically repair it.

You should go to your doctor, and they can break it in the right place and get it so that it will heal right. Your bones never break in the same place so if you broke it again it would be in just a different spot and not help anything from the break before.

I definitely wouldnt purposely brake your ankle again!!

Go to the doctor, they have ways to brake it CORRECTLY and then reset it- and you'll be under an anesthetic so you wont feel anything.

Good Luck
