if you are tlking about sprints, run on your toes, and keep your harms close to ur body.
for long distances, go heel/toe and bring your feet up off the ground after you take a step. never run with a fist, it will make you light headed, and it might cause you 2 faint

You drive your arms, and you just stride your legs along. The faster you pump your arms, the faster your legs will go. It also takes endurance because you have to be able to go fast without getting too tired. Endurance just comes from working hard and running a lot. Also, running will give you more tone in your legs, which will make you go faster. It's true that running is a God-given talent for some people, but anyone, and I mean anyone, regardless of body type or fitness or whatever, can get faster. All it takes is hard work and practice! It's like anything else; if you practice, you will get better at it! Remember, some are born with talent, but most have to actually work for it.

If you're going on short distance, it's definitely a lot to do with having talent and keeping in shape. However, if you're thinking about running fast with distance (such as cross country or marathon running) you can slowly train your body towards it and work out regularly. Keep in mind that people can lose distance power, since it's about endurance, but will rarely lose sprinting power.

Any bosy can run, but to run very fast, you have to have the muscle power to do so, and the endurance you you don't tire out.

To build up mussle, work out with weights, do crunches, and do lunges. Doing running workouts also helps build up your leg mussles. To build up endurance, you have to gradually start runnung for longer and longer periods of time, but don't over do it, otherwise you risk injury.

To find more detailed workouts and pictures and information on how to do them, you should check out your public library, where numerous books on running and endurance training are available.

I think you just keep running short distances and your body will get used to it and over a short period of time you can run faster.

Try putting one foot in front of the other and gradually try to do as many repetitions within a short amount of time.

you train everyday...run for a little bit every morning or so, so that your body can get used to it and build up endurance. maybe even get a personal training coach to practice with you.
