I have both CD's, the first one has a scratch on it and is now unreadable. (the one that contains word, excel, etc). I still have my product key from when I purchased it in 2002 or 2003. I recently had to reformat my hard drive and have lost the previous copy that was on my computer. Is there a version I can download online but still enter in my product key? I am NOT looking for an illegal copy. PLEASE HELP ME!! I'm a student studying abroad and I need Microsoft Word to write papers!! Thank you! :-)

You still have the product key - excellent.

This number if for new product keys. Please call and see if you can get a new CD because yours is damaged - you will have to give them the key number to prove you have a legal copy. If you have any other information - sales slip, order number, customer number, etc., it may be helpful.
