Congress has given him more money than he asked for. They asked him a legitimate question, "when do you plan to get out?"
Instead of being a leader and giving an answer, he's like the little kid who spills over the Monopoly game when he starts to lose.
That's not leadership. That is infantile behavior.

"When do you plan on getting out?" is an infantile and naive question. The democratic congress is opposed to a Bush-led victory anywhere, at anytime. The story would be completely inverted if a Dem held the White House. If you've been reading on the subject, you can easily see that our enemies are vocalizing the exact same rhetoric the democrats have been dispensing for two years, now. Tell ya anything?

if bush cares about the troops so much than why is he rounding them up with little training for policing duties in iraq instead of having them stay over here and protect our country.
Why are we taking soldiers away from here where they can protect the US and spreading them thin in a place where we are just pissing off the iraqis. And you got to love the military guys who are like I served my country and I am superior to you who actually think that the war in Iraq is doing nothing to help America. Simps are so brainwashed they will do anything for a president who can't even remember
which one of the three excuses he used to justify the war.

How does he not support our troops for every year of his presidency he has given up holidays to come eat dinner, go to church, talk to us etc instead fo be with his family including coming to Iraq. I have personally had a sit down with him. He also has increased our pay, increased spending to make our living situations better, made base better MWR etc. It is more like the democrats getting in the way of supporting our troops. Kind of like Kerry voting to send us there and then voting against the funding we need for the war effort. What happened to the good old days of this country. I blame it all on the British ever since the Beatles and than the sex pistols etc and the whole British invasion on our country we have become a bunch of liberal *******! Why don't you enlist and than tell me he does not care for our troops and than you can run for president since you think you would do so much better. Why do all these people that have never served talk about how troops are not cared for even though they don't know first hand? ....... Shadow Stalker

Congress is trying to tie his hands by putting withdrawal dates in the bill. No leader in the history of the world has agreed to fight a war for only a certain period of time. The idea is insane. Democrats are determined to lose this war just so they can blame in on bush. Regardless of the bloodbath that would follow a premature pullout. You can't accuse him of not leading if the liberals are determined to appose him regardless of his decisions.

no YOUR behavior is infantile. You liberal extremists dont have a quick fix so you whine and want to go home. Congress hasnt done jack, the pelosi ites want 27 BILLION for pork projects on top of iraq...what the xxxx does peanut farmer storage have to do with our soldiers for example. Congress asked no such question and its FAR from legitimate...they want to rewrite the constitution and attempt to fight the war from washington and we all saw what happened with viet nam when the last liberal extremist bunch tried to do that. Hes been more than a leader bringing us to a bonafide response to al qaeda and not being a clinton lackey and subject to the clinton record(if you want to call it that in office)

- The only president ever impeached on grounds of personal malfeasance
- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions from abroad
- First president disbarred from the US Supreme Court and a state court
Bush is most assuredly leadership, just not the liberal extremist kind that cant keep it zipped up as illustrated above. now you need to apologize for getting on mom and dads computer before you get spanked and let the adults talk politics..night night now.

i live in britain, scotland to be precise and i swear to god, when i hear someone mention the name bush my blood starts to boil, firstly, it is a widely held view in this country that the man is an idiot, as he can barely string a coherent sentence together, much less write his own name, i feel sorry for everyone involved in this pointless war as it was wholly unneccessary in the first place, and lets be honest, the man isn't even the real president, he rigged the election in the first place, if only florida hadn't stopped counting..............

He does, He wasn't the one who said, I want to go to war, there had to be an official vote of the people who are in office and bush can only suggest things but it is up to the board about what is done about it, and it has to come out to a two thirds vote, so don't blame Bush.

Thanking you for your opinion even if it is totally uninformed. Congress under the constitution has no rights to dictate or even ask policy questions of the president they either fund his policy or not. Period dot end of story according to the powers granted them by the constitution. They can advise him on treaties afterward but not tell him what or how to achieve in it!

It shouldn't be up to Bush in the first place when to leave Iraq. That should be left to the commanders on the ground. It was wrong of the dems to attach all kinds of pork to the military appropriations and demand an exact date for withdrawal.
