There are a lot of 'easy' poses, many of which you can find additional info on by googling them:

1) Child pose - sit down with your butt on your feet, lean forward, and stretch your arms forward.
2) Upward/downward dog - on floor with wrists out and your butt down or up.
3) Cat and Cow - on all fours, with back up or down
4) Plank - push up position
5) easier versions of Tree - stand up, put on foot against your ankle and balance. repeat with the other foot.
6) Most of the warrior poses

How rediculous! If saint Padhanjali is alive today he would shed blood tears!-Yoga (Paadhanjalam) is not Cat and Rat-Cow and Pig--Dog and Monkey Poses?!!
