The United States Congress and the Office of the President of the United States of America gave the USA authority to attack Iraq. No one says 'ok you can invade that nation' other than that nation.

I always knew where and what Iraq was/is.
Our President and Congress did. Our people did. Many nations did. The U.N. threatened it for a decade (impotently) while Saddam tried to assassinate our President, attacked it's neighbors (our allies), supported terrorism against Israel, raped and murdered it's citizens when they disagreed, and bragged to all their allies that they were fooling the U.S. and U.N. because they "really did have WMDs" and were successfully hiding them.
(This is funny, because if he did and got away with it, he died for the effort and lost anyway without using them, or if it wasn't true, he died for trying to puff out his chest and fool the world into thinking he had them, like a school yard bully who finally gets their clock punched and crumples at first punch).

First off stop speaking for all people! I am not asking those questions! Therefore your whole premise is a lie! Also learn to spell and type correctly!
