When any passenger is offloaded under any circumstances, his baggages have to be given to him.

No matter how obnoxious a passenger is, I'd strongly disagree with making them forfeit their baggage. However, the rules regarding this issue might vary depending on what country you're flying to or from.

They don't "forfeit" their baggage, it just stays on the plane. They can go pick it up at their destination at any time.

Shipped back to them? No way.

well yeah why would the airline want it? and the people that got kicked off would most likly sue if they didnt get it back
