I believe I have a specific God given task that when it has been completed I'm not for this world to much longer. I'm not given any details to go by or when this task is completed, or who it is completed for/with. God knows, and it can be as simple as sharing my story with someone in pain going through someting similar, helping someone in need, or just smiling at a complete stranger who in the long run has a seed planted for God. This is my way of being able to explain the inexplainable of issues like chikdren dying, whilst othrs live to over 100 years (and in some weird & wonderful way this does).
NB There is no biblical answers that support this.
I hope this is what you are looking for

the bible says he calls each one of us by our name. i pray to live, now, in such a way that might be worthy of him saying to me well done my good and faithfull servant. i am 42.the first 27 years were spent in religiosity, very sincere. then several years were spent in rebellion over my own self pity. what a dark selfish road i thought was freedom. drugs, alcohol, cutting, suicide, jails, institution and death. i resented god more than anything but i didn't even have a grasp of god, the only true God anyway. what he has shown me through grace and mercy, through his Son coming into my hard, closed off heart is beyond everything i was ever looking for in a chemical high or a person. His unconditional love and forgiveness. he never gave up on me. he came into my darkest places. i was adopted by the father of the universe. my purpose in life is to try to pass on some of the things god so freely gave to me. and its something no one can ever take away from me. theres a reason people have died for thier love of god for hundreds of years. there is a comfort that if you dont know what i am talking about then it is totally worth asking God whats its all about.

Don't get your question. If you believe, your safe. Before you were born, God knew you and had a plan for you. You can't change that. Your and my names are in the book of life. Life is already planned for you, long before you were here. Live it well. The only way you can change your life is with Gods help.

My purpose in life is to help those that I can and in exchange learn from them as well! To live for the moments that take my breath away and to love unconditionally. To do the best I can!

Altruism (or trying to be as altruistic as I can), learning, and sharing... oh and fuzzy animals... I love fuzzy critters... well, and the ones that aren't so fuzzy too.
